Guilllermo Chacón, next mayor of Dos Hermanas, model city.

December 15, 2017

I propose to participate in a project to provide my city with a transparent local management model and leader in job creation. I am forming an international team of people interested in public administration in order to improve our city council enough so that we can export it to other cities.
Sure you have ideas on how to improve your city and mine, positive personal contributions that one by one can be diluted and lost but if they are concentrated in a city can mean a significant change. We are open to the collaboration of all kinds of professionals, especially those interested in creating and expanding a good communications network for the dissemination of this local management system and take advantage of the synergies of relations with other cities.
We will have a school to train both public managers and contractors with the administration. It is an exciting challenge and I will make sure that those who participate, enjoy it, to compensate for the enormous effort that will undoubtedly bring my city in order.
The candidacy for the next elections that I lead already has about fifteen members (of the 30 needed) and we have the party already constituted, www.localyglobal.es.
The current mayor of the city will be 70 years old when the elections arrive, he has had a government of more than 35 years in the same position, which has allowed him to form a compact team, so it is expected that the fight for the votes will be hard.
However, 50 percent of the population abstains, so we think there are possibilities of reversing the situation.
For suggestions and additions we have an email info@localyglobal.es
